DMCA Policy

Zytheron Enforcement is fully compliant with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. Our platform provides automated tools for rights holders to identify and address copyright infringement efficiently and at scale.

To file a DMCA takedown notice through the Zytheron platform, you must provide the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient information to locate the material
• Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, under penalty of perjury
• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, Zytheron will forward it to the original complainant and restore the content within 10-14 business days unless the complainant initiates legal proceedings.

In accordance with the DMCA, Zytheron maintains a policy for terminating the accounts of repeat infringers. Users who receive multiple valid DMCA complaints may have their access to the platform suspended or permanently terminated.
