Zytheron Enforcement collects information necessary to provide our enforcement services. This includes account registration data (name, email, organization), content identification data submitted for protection, enforcement action logs and metadata, and technical data such as IP addresses and browser information for security purposes.

We do not collect personal information beyond what is strictly necessary for the provision of our services. All data collection is conducted in accordance with the principle of data minimization.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Processing and executing enforcement requests
  • Generating compliance and activity reports
  • Maintaining system security and preventing fraud

Data Sharing & Third Parties

Zytheron does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Data may be shared only with authorized enforcement partners as required to execute enforcement actions, legal authorities when required by law or court order, and service providers who assist in operating our platform under strict data processing agreements.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, object to or restrict processing, data portability, and withdraw consent at any time. Data Retention

Enforcement action data is retained for a minimum of 5 years to comply with legal requirements and support ongoing enforcement efforts. Account data is retained for the duration of the service relationship plus 2 years. You may request early deletion of non-essential data at any time.
