1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Zytheron Enforcement platform ("the System"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the System on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Service Description
Zytheron Enforcement provides automated and semi-automated digital content enforcement services, including but not limited to content detection and identification, unauthorized distribution tracking, automated takedown notice generation and delivery, compliance monitoring and reporting, and legal documentation support.
The System operates on a best-effort basis and does not guarantee the removal of all infringing content. Enforcement outcomes depend on the cooperation of third-party platforms and applicable legal frameworks.
3. User Obligations
As a user of the System, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information in all enforcement requests
- Only submit enforcement requests for content you have legal authority to protect
- Not use the System to submit fraudulent or abusive takedown requests
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
- Promptly report any unauthorized access to your account
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the System to submit false or misleading enforcement requests, harass or intimidate content creators or platform operators, circumvent or interfere with the System's security measures, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the System's source code, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zytheron Enforcement shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the System. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
6. Term & Termination
These terms remain in effect for the duration of your use of the System. Zytheron reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the System at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the System ceases immediately, though provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
